Investment Property - Resales

Many investors are watching the clock run down as the time approaches for when they need to complete on a property they had been promised would be long off their hands. This is a stressful situation for any client to be in, and with no apparent support from the Agent that they bought through.

Listing your investment unit with other agents is often a wasted exercise, for if they have any priority it is to their own sellers.

We feel that now is the time for someone to help sellers in this situation.

By active marketing and promotion, we feel that many of these units should sell readily. To allow us to do this the seller must be prepared to be reasonable as to his expected return.

This in itself will enable us to place an invesment resale where it is likely to be more attractive to a higher number of buyers.
